Dear Customer,
Thank you for visiting my website and for supporting this ministry by purchasing my music. It is my sincere prayer that the music will turn your heart and mind heavenward, that your souls will be refreshed, that your relationship with the Savior will grow and that you would gain a deeper insight into what God is like. My primary reason for this ministry is the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, confirming the faith of those who believe and the saving of souls.
As many of you know, I write, arrange, record, and produce most of my music. You see, when the creative process is over, I want to feel confident that the music is exactly the way God gave it to me. The Lord is blessing, because many of you have expressed your appreciation for my work and I am very grateful. With out your support this ministry can not continue to exist so I would like to show you another way you can support what I do.
First, you should know that I am not asking you to do anything extraordinary or outrageous. I can certainly use your prayers though. We all need prayer. I need all the prayer I can get, but that’s not what this is about. What I’m asking is quite simple. Anyone can do it. If you have purchased any of my projects or if you are planning to make a purchase right now or in the very near future, then you can help me. I know those of you who enjoy my music would love to help keep the doors of this ministry open until Jesus comes. Now here is your opportunity.
You see, every unauthorized copy that’s made of my music is one less sale I get to make. Many of you may not realize that this is a fulltime job. I don’t get to supplement the revenue from this ministry with income from another job. Most of the money made from this ministry is invested into making the music that you enjoy. As I write this message to you I can think of several things I need that would greatly enhance this ministry, but because of a lack of funds I have had to do with out. I’m sure if someone would give me one dollar for all my burned CDs, I probably wouldn’t need to write this message. The funds would flow much easier and there would be more resources to make all necessary enhancements. What about if someone were to give me fifteen dollars for every burned CD? Wow!! Can you imagine what would happen?
Trust me, I am very familiar with the arguments that most people use to justify unauthorized copying. The most popular one is this. They make so much money that this couldn’t possibly hurt. Has anyone ever stopped to think about how many other people are saying the exact same thing, perhaps ten, fifty, one thousand, five thousand maybe? Has anyone considered that religious music has a much smaller demographic than secular music? So now lets subtract One hundred, Five thousand or ten thousand from such a small demographic. Are you beginning to see my point? Just so you know, I am not one of those artists. I don’t make enough money to escape the negative affects of unauthorized copying. So if you know or meet someone that would enjoy this ministry, encourage them to buy the music. This would be a great help to me. However, please feel free to copy or share any of the free downloads I’ll be offering from time to time on my home page.
My prayer is that you would take this message to heart. I don’t do this for the money. I do it because I love the Lord, because I love the lost and because I love the creative process. We all have a calling that the lord has placed on hour lives. I have just shared with you one way you can assist me in fulfilling my calling. My prayer is that these songs that God has given to me will motivate and inspire you to fulfill your calling as we journey on the narrow road to Heaven.
